What The Client Wanted

We were recently contacted by a commercial client who was taking over a factory on Riley Close in Northampton. As you can see by the before photos below, the factory has been through a significant amount of wear and tear and had not been well maintained for many years. The windows and doors, in particular, were in desperate need of replacement, so the client requested the work to be scheduled in with our team.

As the job was urgent, we set a strict timeframe which meant that the work could be done as expediently as possible. The client was booked in at a time and date that best worked for their schedule, allowing the replacement to be carried out meeting the deadline, so that they could crack on with the remainder of the renovation works.

To create a modernised appearance to the factory, our client opted for anthracite framed windows with obscure glass to the bottom for privacy, which we installed in satin glass. This meant that plenty of natural light could continue to stream into the factory, without passersby being able to see fully inside.

Both the window and doors that we installed are highly secure and thermally efficient, helping to future-proof the factory. These have made a remarkable difference to the building and will also prove hugely beneficial to those employed at the factory.
